Note: Microsoft is no longer supporting Windows 7.  Often upgrading a Windows 7 computer to Windows 10 often causes it to run very, very slow.  It is possible to convert a computer running Windows 7 to an educational information server, but it is likely more beneficial to replace Windows 7 with Linux Mint.  See the “2b)” instruction below.
